Why Come About Coaching?

The name Come About comes from the sailing term used when a boat intentionally changes direction.

That idea sits at the heart of my coaching approach.

Many of us reach points in life where we realise we're no longer heading where we want to go. We feel stuck, disconnected from our goals, or aware that something needs to change, even if we can't yet see what that change looks like.

Come About Coaching was created to help people navigate those moments.

Through supportive, focused coaching conversations, I help people gain clarity, reconnect with what matters most, and take intentional steps towards the life they want to create.

Because meaningful change rarely happens by accident. It begins when we choose a new direction.

  • A free introductory conversation designed to explore where you are right now, what support you may be looking for, and whether Come About Coaching feels like the right fit for us both.

    The call is relaxed, informal, and without pressure — simply a space to talk, ask questions, and gain a sense of whether this style of coaching feels supportive and appropriate for where you are currently.

    Please note that Come About Coaching is not a crisis support or emergency mental health service, and coaching may not be suitable for those currently experiencing acute emotional distress or requiring clinical support.

  • A focused coaching session designed to help you gain clarity, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and identify meaningful steps forward.

    Sessions are supportive, reflective, and future-focused — creating space to pause, reset, and move towards change in a manageable and intentional way. Rather than becoming overwhelmed by everything at once, we focus on what feels most important right now and what movement forward could look like for you.

    Each session is approached with care, honesty, and the belief that even one meaningful conversation can create clarity, confidence, and momentum.

  • A gentle check-in session held approximately two to four weeks after your main coaching session, offering space to reflect on any shifts, challenges, insights, or progress since we last spoke.

    This session is designed to help you reconnect with your direction, review what has been helpful, and explore any next steps with continued clarity and support. It provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and ensure that the momentum created during coaching continues to feel manageable, meaningful, and aligned with where you want to go next.text goes here
